Wine Region: Penedes.
Grape Varieties: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Merlot.
Available Sizes: 75cl, 1.5l & 3l. Appearance: Clean, dark mahogany in colour with reddish-brown overtones.
Aroma: The extremely intense bouquet reminds us of the casks in which the wine was aged, as well as certain vanilla smells and spices such as black pepper.
Taste: The highly characteristic taste is somewhat softened by the 14-month ageing period in oak casks, and the further two year ageing in the bottle, to produce a great harmony of flavours and roundness. Extremely persistent and long lasting.

CLOS DE TORRIBAS RESERVA 1999.

Wine Region: Penedes.
Grape Varieties: 80% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Merlot.
Available Size: 75cl.
Appearance: Dark mahogany.
Aroma: The intense aroma reflects the year it has spent ageing in the barrel. Certain notes are discernible, together with vanilla and coconut. There are also hints of spices, such as pepper and cloves.
Taste: It is full and silky in the mouth, with good body. The tannins from the wine and the casks have been well blended. It is delightfully persistent with a marvellous finish.
